• Minimum profit before taxes of EUR 1 million and ideally good and lasting growth.
• Stable financial performance created through well-established position in the market and solid barriers-to-entry.
• Asset light business model creating strong cash flow and predictability.
• Founder or family-owned business with a strong business culture that should be protected and nurtured.
• European head-quarter.
